Program Work
My lesson with JJ on the 7:30 a.m. FS at Gilbert.
Today we continued working on the program. We ran it twice with music.
The good news is that I am remembering (mostly) the elements and mostly doing them. The bad news is there are still a lot of rough spots in this program -- the salchow is horrible, the spin is mostly bad, and there are some real weak spots in the footwork. We worked a bit on the salchow and also some of the footwork but not a lot of progress.
