Perseverance
I warmed up with some laps, then worked on FXOs and BXOs, then ran the perimeter crossovers. The XOs in the move are improving, so yay.
After that I worked on spins for a while, the exercise and then from the windup. I got some good ones! Very pleased with this.
I finished up with some jumps. Waltz jumps are a little better; salchows about the same; toe jumps... eh.
