Back-3s

I had my back-3 lesson with Lynne on the Chandler coffee club (I only had 45 minutes to skate).

We hadn't worked on these in 6 (!) weeks.  Gratifyingly the RBO3 is about where I left it, after some work -- I can get turned but there's no flow through.  We worked on the LBO3... yow.  I know I said this before, but I really need to work on the LBO in general to try to get my toes to unclench.  Weirdly I don't have this issue in my patch blades... hmph.

Anyway I was pleased with how it went.
