Nice Ice

I skated the 6 a.m. (yes, I did!) FS at Shiny Rink (a.k.a. Sherwood!).  As usual, beyoooootiful ice, and just me and my home girl Madison the whole time.

I worked a lot on toe loop, a bit on salchow and spins.  Did program pieces including practicing that barrel roll Holly is putting in my program.  Also ran my free skate once... yech.  Oh well.  All in all a great practice and nice to share the ice with Madison again... she showed me her double loop (awesome!).  She's got a great work ethic, it's very inspiring.
