Spins & Program

My lesson with JJ on the 8:15 FS at Gilbert.

Today's lesson:

• spins -- worked on these for about half the lesson... only a little progress; mostly on holding the free leg back on the entry (again "duh").  Spins seemed pretty off today.
• program -- ran the dramatic program (Autumn Antics is Sunday!) and finished on time.  The salchow and spin were pretty ukky though.  Grrr.  Other than that, not too bad.
