Skating At TCC Part 2

I skated the Sunday freestyle with the TFSC at the TCC today, 90 minutes.  Much like yesterday -- mostly moves, and I ran my program again.  Nothing exciting... I'm thinking that my 3s just really stink in general.  They just almost always feel really forced.  Grrr.
