Wednesday Night Zoo

I skated at Gilbert public tonight -- hadn't been at this session in quite a long time.  Just a couple of people I knew there. 

I had a yucky fall about 5 min after I got there, I fell out of a spin and fell sideways onto my L forearm.  It's okay but I think it will be a bit sore tomorrow.  After I made myself do another spin I took some ibuprofen.  I was kind of tired and out of sorts after that so I only stayed 45 minutes and then went home.  Bleah.
