Perseverance

I skated Chandler coffee club as usual for patch practice.  I was a bit distracted today for some reason so I wasn't as focused as I should have been.  Still I got some good work on F8s and waltz-8 and also did a little bit of back edges for the first time in a while.

We all had some excitement (the bad kind) when newbie skater Amy fell and hurt her ankle (she twisted it underneath her :-() and she needed some help to get off the ice.  That kind of thing always stinks :-(.  I hope she doesn't get too discouraged.
