Perseverance Pt. 2

As usual, skated the Chandler coffee club for patch practice.  I had a pretty good skate! Spent about 40 minutes (yes, 40 minutes) on FO8/FI8, starting at various places on the ice. I'm trying to get more control over my upper body and have it be quiet/still.  It's getting a little better.  Spent the last few minutes on waltz-8, these continue to improve but the FO edge after the step forward (it is still more like a flat most of the time ) is wildly uncontrolled.    I build up a lot of speed.  I think I really need to be more deliberate and think of it as a step and not a push :-).
