Perseverance

I skated the 5:10 p.m. FS at Gilbert today.  Unlike the last time I skated this session, it wasn't toooo crowded -- I think 8 skaters and 4 coaches.  I worked mostly on spins and got a few almost-okay ones.  I have noticed I am stepping "back the way I came" more than I used to.  I'm not sure where that came from but since every coach I've ever had has asked me to do it I guess it is a good thing!  A few waltz jumps and some moves and a salchow and toe loop for the rest of the time.
