Perseverance

I skated the 11 a.m. FS at Chandler today.  I had an okay skate other than the fact that I had no good spins, not even one!  Since I hadn't skated since Wednesday (gaaah, work!) I had low expectations.

I did try running my program once through the whole way.  HA!  Didn't manage either one foot spin and I was horribly late at the end. Still, one has to start somewhere.

I have two lessons with JJ this week (Tues, Thurs), and two lessons with Lynne (Tues, Fri) to try to get ready for competitions this month (Cactus 7/23 and the All-Figures competition in Portland 7/30).
