Moves

 My lesson with Holly on the 9 a.m. FS at CCIC. Nice ice, just 3 skaters.

Today's lesson:

• Perimeter XOs -- not too bad.  I still feel like it's too slow, but the pattern is okay.
• power-3s -- still as bad as ever.  I know these won't get better 'til I have more time to work on them, but it's still frustrating.
• BXOs to BO edges -- meh.  I feel like they are really slow.  The pattern is okay and I think extension is decent.
• circle-8 -- actually okay!
