FO8, BO8

 My figures lesson with Danette on the Chandler adult skate. Nice ice, 6 skaters. I scribed circles and warmed up with forward edges.

Today's lesson:

• back edges-- We spent some time on these, especially working to get me to stand up better on the BO edges.  We worked them a bit on the wall, then on the line.  After that we went on to BI edges, which were pretty much okay.
• FO8 -- some definite posture issues/leaning forward that we worked on for a bit.  It's much worse on the R side then the left.
• BO8 -- just a couple minutes on these.  Struggling to have a good  push and get the free foot in front afterward.
